Recently, the Bollywood actor shared a glimpse of his favorite breakfast on Instagram in a video. His morning enjoyment attacks the perfect balance between both enjoyment and health. In the caption, Alaya wrote, “What if I told you that your breakfast can taste like ice cream or sorbet and still really healthy? Many of you wanted my smooth bowl recipe, so I decided to make a little video on it!

Ingredients to make Alaya’s favorite smoothie bowl-
- Some frozen bananas.
- Some frozen berries. I have found that strawberries and blueberries taste the best.
- It is optional, but 1 teaspoon almond butter actually adds very good cream to the smoothi bowl.
- 1 teaspoon Greek yogurt.
- Just a little almond milk or any milk.
- Just a small honey spoon.
- For decoration – a little granola or musli, chopped pieces of coconut, and chia seeds.
The recipe for Smothi Bowl, according to Alaya, is-
