In the video, Jia Xin starts by taking three to four pancake pieces, with a quarter of each removed. She places them on a cake stand, pours matcha cream on the pancakes and sprinkles matcha powder on them. To add a different charm, she decorates the pancakes with slices of strawberries. Then, Xin takes two gooseberries, decorates them with white flowers, and places a gooseberry with leaves on top of the stack of pancakes, which looks like a waterfall. Next, she pours blue cream on the pancakes to mimic water. Finally, she places two rabbit figurines on either side of the waterfall made of pancakes. Xin captioned the video, “I really love how this turned out!!” The video beautifully showcases the creativity and aesthetic sense of this food artist.
