The latest addition to this list? Sandwich made with carrot halwa, a desi winter sweet. Yes, you read that right. A video is going viral on the internet in which this unusual creation is shown being made. The video starts with a man buying carrot halwa from a street vendor for Rs 50. He then takes the sweets to another vendor, who makes sandwiches from them. The seller takes two pieces of bread. He spreads the carrot halwa evenly on a slice using a spoon. On the second piece, he adds butter. The slices are then sandwiched together and toasted. Before serving, one cuts it into four pieces and pours cream and condensed milk on top. And voila, Gajar Ka Halwa Sandwich is ready to serve.
