Chef Josh Elkin called himself a “Random Food Generator” on Instagram. TBH, we have to agree. Because let’s be real – who will wake up one day and decide to convert chicken tikka masala into cake? Yes, you read that right! Take a moment to appreciate the chicken tikka masala in the correct, non-cake form before we reach it before that. Smokey, Spice-Infused Chicken. That thick, buttering tomato gravy. Fresh baked naan, hot and pillow, ready to scoop every last drop. Red onion for that sharp tang. Mint chutney cools things, binds all together. Completeness. And after such a feast? A nice, sweet piece of cake looks like the right end.

But this chef? He had other plans. Instead of following the Sweet-Bad-Arm Sevri rule, he broke them together in the same dish. If that sentence has doubled you, just wait until you see it. The video begins with a cake – a gorgeous, multi -level cake. Until the first slices are cut. Instead of soft sponges and butter NaanChicken Tikka Masala, Onion, Raita – All were piled up like any unwanted food experiment.

As he starts his video, he says, “Indian food is definitely one of my favorite,” as he begins to keep the base of Naan down. “And I always over-order,” he says. He laughs, helps a generous help of chicken tikka masala on bread and spreads on its rich sauce. “You guys ask me all the time – what do you do with your remaining?” He says that another layer of naan goes to the top, then Raita“Well, I go to make cakes among them,” Josh says.

One by one, layers are formed – more NaanMore gravy, pieces of fragrant chicken. He presses all this together, which makes it ensure that it holds. Then, he is completely immersed in a bright green mint chutney-doghrt sauce.

“But we’re not,” he says while reaching for the last touch. “This is a cake and the cake has topping. Crispy onion Bhajis Continue Then, Vinegar vale paj – Those tangy, red onion, “he explains.

Last shot? The prepared dish looked almost too much fancy, which was out of the remaining.

“And this is how I take my remaining and convert them into cake,” he says, satisfied. “Because let’s be honest – everyone wants to have their cake and wants to eat it too,” he says, and with it, he seals the deal by saying this, “Nail it.”

It has been said in his caption: “Chicken Tikka Masala Cake: Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala,

Naturally, there were some ideas in the Internet.

“Oh so tasty! Have you tried to throw all this in a blender and make a smoothie? A commentator asked satirly.

Another person, clearly disturbed, simply typed: “Blasphemy.”

Someone else impressed and said, “LMAO looks really good!”

Then, it was an audience who wrote, “I know it will not be bad, but I still don’t like it … I don’t know why.” And, of course, reads all of them the most reliable response, “Brother, please stop it. What have we ever done to you?”
