Panjiri is a northern Indian dessert using full wheat flour fried in sugar and ghee. It is heavy with dry fruits and gonds (herbal gums). This traditional dessert is extremely popular during the winter season. It is believed that it produces body heat, reduces pain in the body and strengthens immunity. Panjiri Ladu Recipe: How to make Panjri Ladu
First, take a pan, add some ghee and fry the house until they add golden brown. Once done once, move them to a plate and crush them well. Now, in the same pan, roast the semolina (semolina) with ghee. After frying it properly, add the dough and mix well.
Add crushed, dry coconut, cashew and almonds to the suji mixture. Now, add sugar and mix well. Lubricate your palms with ghee and then mold the mixture to make small ladoos. Allow them to set for a while before consumption. Panjiri Ladu is ready!
