How much does it feed?
This free weekly food plan is just what you need to start your week. It provides five food that will feed 4-6 (if you are feeding adults or children), and includes a list of purchases! With new new ideas and easily cuisine cuisine, a weekly menu plan will be a life saving.
Why should I plan a food plan?
Food plans are just about dinner – it is about making life smooth and more enjoyable. Why does it work for me here:
- Low stress: Knowing what is in the menu takes out at the time of food by estimating it, so you can relax and what matters.
- More variety: By planning ahead, you mix things and try new dishes without falling into the same dinner rote.
- family time: When the dinner is known, it is more time to sit together and enjoy it.
Try it – it can just become your new favorite habit!

My weekly menu plans always include a printable purchasing list that is measured and ready to go. This makes things so easy!

Storage for food scheme
I only make food plans on Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekends, or I have left that we may have to finish the weeks! If you have left, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
