This week’s meal plan features some of my favorite recipes! With chicken, beef, pork, and fish, there’s something on the menu for everyone!
If you’re looking for ideas for some side dishes to go with your meal, try making these 1-Hour Rolls, these deliciously tender Roasted Root Vegetables, or this classic wedge salad.

What to eat for dinner this week?
You’ll love this week’s menu plan! I used 4 different protein options so there was something for everyone and also to change things up! If you love tacos but don’t like fish, go ahead and buy a rotisserie chicken for your enchiladas and use the leftovers for tacos!
- monday: Cast Iron Skillet Pork Chops
- Tuesday: Ground Beef and Broccoli
- Wednesday: Spatchcock Chicken
- Thursday: Buffalo Chicken Enchiladas
- Friday: Baja Fish Taco
How many people does it provide food to?
This free weekly menu plan is just what you need to start your week. It features 5 meals that will feed 4-6 people (depending on whether you are feeding adults or children) and includes a shopping list! With new ideas and easy-to-make recipes, this weekly menu plan will be a lifesaver

Why should I meal plan?
If you haven’t tried planning your meals in advance, it’s going to make a huge difference for you! Why I swear by meal planning:
- Time saver: No more panicking about dinner at 4 p.m. With a menu plan, you know what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it will take to cook.
- Money Saver: Prepare to be surprised – meal planning works wonders for your wallet. When you organize your shopping list for the week, you’ll easily recognize opportunities to buy in bulk and creatively reuse leftover food for future meals. It’s a smart approach that keeps more money in your pocket.
- Bye-Bye Takeout: When meals are planned and groceries are in stock, you’re less likely to go to the drive-thru. Because you’re cooking at home, that means more savings and healthier meals. Win-win!

My weekly meal plan always comes with a printable shopping list that is fully measured and ready to go! It makes things so much easier!

Storing Leftover Food for Meal Planning
I only plan meals Monday-Friday because sometimes we have plans for the weekend or I have leftovers that we can eat throughout the week! If you have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
