I love the recipes in this weekly meal plan! They are full of flavor and you have the options of using a slow cooker, air fryer, or just your good old fashioned oven!
Weekly meal planning is a must in my house. It saves a lot of time and money (avoid ordering food from outside, eat cheaper meals at home)! See all of my weekly meal plans here.
What’s on the menu?
Get excited for this week’s meal plan! I made sure there was something for everyone with pasta, beef, and my favorite, air fryer salmon! If you don’t like the heat, go ahead and get Swedish meatballs instead of the firecracker meatballs!
- monday: Cashew chicken in a slow cooker
- Tuesday: Brown Sugar Garlic Air Fryer Salmon
- Wednesday: Crackers Meatballs
- Thursday:Creamy Bacon Carbonara

How many people does it provide food to?
This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week. It features five meals that will feed 4-6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or kids), and it even includes a shopping list! With new ideas and easy-to-make recipes, planning a weekly menu will be a lifesaver.

Why should I meal plan?
If you haven’t tried planning your meals in advance, it’s going to make a huge difference for you! Why I swear by meal planning:
- Time saver: No more panicking about dinner at 4 p.m. With a menu plan, you know what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it will take to cook.
- Money Saver: Prepare to be surprised – meal planning works wonders for your wallet. When you organize your shopping list for the week, you’ll easily recognize opportunities to buy in bulk and creatively reuse leftover food for future meals. It’s a smart approach that keeps more money in your pocket.
- Bye-Bye Takeout: When meals are planned and groceries are in stock, you’re less likely to go to the drive-thru. Because you’re cooking at home, that means more savings and healthier meals. Win-win!

Storing Leftover Food for Meal Planning
I only plan meals Monday-Friday because sometimes we have plans for the weekend or I have leftovers that we can eat throughout the week! If you have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
