This week’s meal plans are hearty and hearty, and I’m sure everyone in the family will love them. My favorite is Chicken Parmesan because it only takes 20 minutes to prepare, and the air fryer makes it a much healthier option without compromising on any flavor.

How many people does it feed?
This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week. It provides five meals that will feed 4-6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or kids), and it even includes a shopping list! With new ideas and easy-to-make recipes, weekly menu planning will be a life saver.
Why should I meal plan?
If you haven’t tried planning your meals ahead of time, it’s going to change your life! Here’s why I swear by meal planning:
- Time Saver: Now there will be no nervousness about dinner at 4:00 pm. With menu planning, you know exactly what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it will take to cook.
- Money Saver: Meal planning works wonders for your wallet. When you organize your weekly shopping list, you’ll be able to easily find opportunities to purchase larger quantities and creatively reuse leftovers for future meals. You wouldn’t wander aimlessly through the grocery store, unsure of what to buy.
- Goodbye Takeout: When your dinners are planned ahead of time and groceries are stocked up, you’re less likely to hit the drive-thru. Because you’re cooking at home, it means more savings and healthier meals. Win-win!
Perfect pairings!
These sides would be perfect for this weeknight dinner. You’ll love eating chips and guacamole with your fajita soup. The air fryer roasted potatoes with my Boursin pork chops are to die for. Olive Garden Salad with Parmesan Chicken and Tetrazzini Casserole. And my favorite fried rice with Beijing beef!
My weekly meal planning always includes a printable shopping list that is measured and ready to go. It makes things so much easier! Just click the pink button below for the listing!
Storing leftover food for meal planning
I only plan meals Monday-Friday because sometimes we have weekend plans, or I have leftovers that we have to finish at the end of the week! If you have any leftovers, store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
