1. Bottle gourd (Bottle gourd,

Simply boil the peels with some salt and turmeric powder (Turmeric), then grind it and make a paste (it will be a thick paste). Add chopped onion, ginger, chilli, green coriander, some maida (all-purpose flour) and Semolina (Semolina). Mix all the ingredients well in paste and fry Kofta Out of it. This will give the kofta a very earthy taste.

Apart from these, there are many other vegetables whose peels and ends can be stored to make vegetable broth. Some such vegetables are carrots, turnips, bell peppers, leeks, celery roots, onions, garlic, mushrooms, herbs and more. To make that broth you just need vegetable pieces and water.
