1. Chronic fatigue

Do you feel tired all the time even after 8 hours of sleep? If so, you may have chronic fatigue, which is a sign of an overworked liver. According to the expert, when the liver is overworked, it struggles to remove toxins from the body, leading to a build-up of toxins. This causes fatigue and even normal daily activities can feel exhausting.

2. Digestive problems

Are you often experiencing bloating, nausea or discomfort after eating, especially after eating fatty and greasy foods? According to the dietitian, this could be a sign of liver overwork.
