Dosa is one of the most popular street dishes in South India and is usually served with potatoes. However, a street vendor took the initiative to change the taste of this dish and turned it into a bold culinary experiment. Surprising food lovers across the country, the vendor has introduced dosa to his customers in a unique and attractive venture. An internet user named Happy recently posted a video of the fluorescent green dish on microblogging website x (formerly Twitter).

This video was posted by a food vlogger on Instagram with the caption, āPaan and dosa? What kind of a combination is this now? This is available in RaipurIn the shared clip, a man can be seen spreading green coloured batter, which is made of paan, on a hot dosa tawa. He pours a generous amount of butter into the green coloured batter after a few seconds and then adds paan, dry fruits, tutti frutti, cherries, raisins, apricots, dates and figs to the dosa. To finish it off, the cook generously sprinkles a good amount of paan syrup to coat everything and then blends all the ingredients into a thick paste.
