Food videos on the Internet never fail to impress with their creativity. Whether it is a new cooking technique or a dish recipe, viral clips always manage to draw our attention in some way or another. Recently, we came in a video, which introduced us to an undefined Indian humility – Dahi Tikhari. The clip begins with a food vlogger, which opens a packet of right in an earthen pot, which he whispers using a wooden stick. Subsequently, he keeps a stringent over the heat and puts oil in it, followed by mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves and onions. In a mortar and pestle, he pounds garlic cloves and red chillies.
This resulted in a thick red paste, which he moves to hard. Then, it adds turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. She combines all ingredients well and cooks the masala base for a while. As the final stage, he puts curd in hard and mixes them with the prepared base. All ready, he remembers the dish with white rice and sin.
