In January 2024, the raised ghanghaas weighed 155 kg and realized that their health was in danger. He shared that lifting the extra weight made him feel dull and “ugly”, and subjected him to bullying. However, more than her appearance, it was her health concerns that inspired her to take action. Raji shared that overweight caused hormonal imbalance and irregular periods. He was also in danger of developing diabetes, which rethinks her on her lifestyle options. She says in her viral video, “I can’t be beautiful, but can’t afford to die.”

Daily diet for weight loss

The raji follows a simple, home-cooked diet to stay on the track. Here is a glimpse of what she eats in a day:

  • Morning drink: Detox drinks are made by boiling fenugreek and carom seeds in water.
  • Breakfast: Poha is full of vegetables, served with curd.
  • Afternoon: Chia seed water.
