Raji Ghanghas shared his inspirational weight loss trip, which was going on Instagram from 155 kg to 95 kg in just one year.
In January 2024, the raised ghanghaas weighed 155 kg and realized that their health was in danger. He shared that lifting the extra weight made him feel dull and “ugly”, and subjected him to bullying. However, more than her appearance, it was her health concerns that inspired her to take action. She was at the stage of a pre-melody and was struggling with hormonal imbalance. Determined to make a change, Raji followed a home-based diet and regular workouts, shed more than 60 kg in a year.
