Bhagyashree often shares useful tips and tricks related to healthy cooking on her Instagram handle. One of his recent posts discussed a nutritious component from Maharashtra. Gawar pod (Cluster beans). In the video, Bhagyashree explains some of her benefits and also displays a way to add Gawar pod For someone’s diet. She notes that these legumes are rich in protein. They provide many vitamins and minerals that further increase their nutritional content. They also contain fiber and antioxidants.

Bhagayashree starts cooking Gawar pod First by boiling them in salt water for about 7-8 minutes. Later, she drains the water and allows the beans to cool. Meanwhile, she prepares a special type of spice mixture. She starts 3 teaspoons of coriander seeds with dry-roasted, followed by 2 teaspoons of 2 teaspoons of Kalonji (Nigella seeds). He also adds 2 teaspoons of red chili powder to the pan. She moves the material together and then moves them to a mill. After adding some salt to it, she mixes roughly to get a thick mixture. Later, she combines with this land masala Gawar pod.

This is not all. The next phase involves crushing a mortar and 15 garlic cloves in pestle. In a separate pan, she adds 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds to 2 teaspoons of hot oil. He then adds crushed garlic, then the cluster beans were first set apart. She mixes all the elements well and cooks them together. She concludes the video by suggesting that a pair is this Gawar pod Preparation with bhakriya made of jowar or millet. See the entire reel here:
