But does tea or coffee really help calm headache, or can it really make them worse? Recently, dietist Sejal Ahuja shared his views on Instagram, revealing the real truth behind this common belief.

Can you rely on tea or coffee for your headache?

According to Sejal, caffeine provides temporary relief by compressing blood vessels. However, in the long run, it can actually spoil headaches. She explains that headaches can be triggered by various factors, such as stress, anxiety, dehydration, or other underlying health issues. You can try cool options such as ginger tea, green tea, or fruit -infected water. Additionally, a small piece of dark chocolate can help reduce headaches symptoms. And remember, it is always a good idea to consult a healthcare professional for personal advice on headache management.

How safe is caffeine?

Experts suggest that 400 mg of caffeine (about 4 cups of coffee or 8 cups of tea) per day is safe for most adults. However, if you are feeling irritable or feeling constant headaches, you can be very high. Listen to your body, sometimes, less!
