What do you need to make bread sugar bhel
- 5 remaining chaptis
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 green chilis
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup of capsicum
- 1 cup of cabbage
- 1 tables Shizwan Sauce
- 1 tablespoon green chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- salt to taste
- To garnish sesame seeds
Step-by-step recipe for bread sugar bhel:
- Roll the rotis and cut into thin strips.
- Heat one teaspoon of oil and fry the shallow strips until they crisp.
- Heat one teaspoon of oil and add ginger, garlic and green chili.
- Next, add vegetables and stir on high heat.
- Add the sauce one by one, then vinegar and salt.
- Finally, add fried bread strips and give everything a good mix.
- Transfer to a plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
