The recipe of this delicious Chutney Paneer Paratha was shared by Instagram page @mygardenofrecipes. Start by preparing the chutney for the paratha. For this, add fresh coriander, garlic, ginger, green chilli, cumin and salt in the food blender. Add some water and mix until everything is well combined. Next, roll the dough evenly and spread adequate amount of butter on it, followed by the prepared mint chutney. Top it with shredded mozzarella cheese or any other cheese of your choice. Make a hole in the center using your finger, spreading the dough outward. Its shape should be like a donut. Now, simply fold it like Lachha Paratha. Once done, cook on a hot pan with a drizzle of ghee. Turn and cook the other side also. Serve hot and enjoy!
