Since you wake up late, you naturally sleep late. As the night comes out, creeps crawl. A barrage of thoughts overwhelms the mind and what is the loss of sleep on those things beyond the control of one. Therefore, you sleep late that leads to waking up late and the vicious cycle continues. Other factors that determine good mental health are hearty meal and an old solution of a good sleep. When you know that your body is sound, you feel better. Health is that health money is absolutely true. Nothing cures mood like a healthy food that reappears your physical body and 8-hour sleep that calms your tired mind.
Waking up to follow a healthy routine is an option that you should do daily to ensure a sound mental health. This is a practice that will keep you in a good place in a long time.
