Not necessarily There is no need to avoid gluten until you have celiac disease or a diagnosis gluten sensitivity. As experts say, gluten is naturally present in nutritious foods such as whole wheat flour, semolina (rava), and dali (broken wheat), rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Unnecessarily cutting them can mean missing from essential nutrients.

How does gluten benefit your body?

If you do not have gluten related issues, the whole grains can be great for your body. They provide B vitamins, iron and fiber, which help maintain a balanced diet. Regular consumption of whole grains can also support weight management and reduce the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
