How to make one-pot chole rice | Quick Chole Rice Recipe

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds and fry them until they crackle. Next, add green chilies, grated ginger, garlic and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn medium pink or light brown. Add your spices and stir for 30 seconds before adding the tomatoes. Let this cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now, add rice, boiled chickpeas and 2 cups of water. Close the pressure cooker and cook till one whistle. Voila! Your one-pot chole rice is ready.
