A new jogar usually runs for about 6-8 km per hour, so in 30 minutes, you will cover about 3-4 km.
This is a great starting point, and don’t worry if you need to walk there – most experienced runners started in the same way. Your body will have to use for pounding and stamina required to walk continuously.
Stander Sturdear (Intermediate – 9–12 km/h)
Once you are ahead of the step of ‘panting for breath’ and ‘I can really enjoy this phase’, you will probably walk around 9–12 kmph. This means that in 30 minutes, you are likely to cover 4.5–6 km.
This is the place where the running starts feeling more like a rhythm and is less like a survival mission. You will be able to maintain long distance, and if you are running for fitness, it is a large speed to improve heart endurance and burn a solid number of calories.
Speedster (Advanced – 13-18 km/h)
If you have ever thought about how it feels to be a gazel (or a human late), running at an advanced speed of 13–18 km per hour, which means that you can cover 6.5-9 km in 30 minutes.
At this stage, you are probably training for a competition, a personal best, or simply trying to defeat a super athletic friend who never gets tired. Running at this stage is challenging on stamina, with excellent form and a fairly frightening level of passion for sprinting.
So, how far should you walk?
answer? As far as you feel right! Run should be pleasant, not punished. Whether you cover 3 km or 9 km in 30 minutes, the key is stability. Start where you are, build slowly, and most importantly – have fun.
