How many kilometers should you walk in 30 minutes?
Your running distance in 30 minutes depends on the fitness level and speed. Find the right speed to promote health and endurance, from early to advanced runners.

So, you have tied your trainers, some doddy dance steps are heated, and are willing to get out on the road. But the question is: How much should you walk in 30 minutes? Well, it varies on some factors – such as fitness levels, speeds, and whether you are running for pleasure or fitness.
Contingency Jogar (early – 6-8 km/h)
If you are a novice to do all this, then thank God for the intelligent decision! Running is an excellent mood lift, strengthens the heart, and will leave you thinking that you do, in fact, later a ginmores are worth smooth. If you have ever thought about how it feels to be a gazel (or a human late), running at an advanced speed of 13–18 km per hour, which means that you can cover 6.5-9 km in 30 minutes.
At this stage, you are probably training for a competition, a personal best, or simply trying to defeat a super athletic friend who never gets tired. Running at this stage is challenging on stamina, with excellent form and a fairly frightening level of passion for sprinting.
So, how far should you walk?
answer? As far as you feel right! Run should be pleasant, not punished. Whether you cover 3 km or 9 km in 30 minutes, the key is stability. Start where you are, build slowly, and most importantly – have fun.
