  3. Curd and sour cream: Due to their high moisture content, mold may be ignored through these dairy products. If the mold appears, throw them out.
  4. Jam and Jelly: The USDA has warned that mold in jams and jelly can produce dangerous mucotoxin, so they should be abandoned.
