1. Spicy food craving?

If you find yourself adding extra chili to all your dishes, your body can reduce zinc deficiency.

What is the link?
Zinc helps to keep your taste feeling sharp and any kind of deficiency can change the situation and make the taste of food defective. This is why people arrive for excess chili to make the taste attractive.

quick fix:
Prepare turmeric dude with 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and a pinch of nutmeg and add it to your gold routine to make it for lost nutrients.

2. To crave raw rice or chalk?

This is a very serious. If you are craving non -ectodular objects such as raw rice or chalk, IOR clay, it can be a condition called pika – indicating iron deficiency.
