Sonam Kapoor’s Christmas dinner was a celebration of food, friends and festive atmosphere

Christmas is around the corner, and the festive atmosphere is in full swing! Actress Sonam Kapoor kicked off the celebrations with a cozy yet glamorous Christmas dinner in Mumbai, inviting her close friends and family. Sonam, known for her impeccable style, ensured that the party was nothing short of spectacular – be it the fashion, the interiors or the hosting. The guest list included her sister Rhea Kapoor, actor Bhumi Pednekar and British-American fashion designer, Tan France. And judging by the social media posts, it was a perfect blend of glamour, luxurious decor and delicious food.
Tan France took to Instagram to share some glimpses from the evening, including a star-studded selfie with Bhumi and the Kapoor sisters. But what really stole the show was the snapshot of her plate! It was loaded with all the good things: pindi chole (with adorable little paneer cubes!), creamy palak paneer, delicious pulao, rich malai kofta, and what looked like dal makhani and spicy pickle on the side. Basically, a desi feast that can make anyone swoon.

When it came to decoration, Sonam was not left behind. The dining table was decorated with a deep red Christmas ambiance, with stunning red flowers, candles and even fruits like grapes, apples and pomegranates adding to the beauty. She went all out with copper glasses and gold plates, creating an ambiance so beautiful that Pinterest could be jealous.

Bhumi also captured a glimpse of the grand Christmas tree at the party, which was decorated with red and white ornaments, twinkling lights, a miniature train and even a tiny Santa climbing the tree. And the cherry on top? Sonam prepared personalized gifts for her guests, writing their names on adorable bags placed under the tree.
