The threads user Nirmal Nambiar (@NIRMALNAMBIARINSIGNIA) wish out how he faced a payment issue for a sweep order placed in the middle of the night. He explained that he requested the delivery agent to allow him to pay for it in the morning, and the latter complied. The user was touched by the trust, the agent decided to keep it in someone who was a stranger for him. Tagging Swiggy, he also wrote, “You are lucky and understand the delivery partner.”
The viral post reads, “Money over money. 3:30 pm, I ordered a dinner from Swiggi, which was priced at Rs 790, but could not pay due to bank server issues. No friend did not call my call Picked up, because it was 3:30.
