Brian Johnson shared detailed three food dishes in the coming few days.

The US Tech Millionaire Brian Johnson is famous for investing in state -of -the -art biotech to achieve its unconventional dietary practices, unique exercise regimens and longevity. American entrepreneurs have been a staunch lawyer for age-ulat experiments. He often shares insight about overall welfare on social media. Brian Johnson’s latest Instagram entry has again attracted attention. He dropped some pictures on the stage, showing what he would eat for the next few days. There are three foods involved in his diet: Macrobiotic Bowl, Asian Shitech Mushroom Bowl and Superfood Smothi.

Brian Johnson listed the material used to prepare bowls and smoothies on X (East Twitter). The photographs displayed a classification of superfoods rich in fresh fresh vegetables, grains, legumes and nutrients arranged on a tray placed on a table.

Macrobiotic bowl
Broccoli, Kel, Carrot, Cauliflower, canley beans, cabbage, lentils, tahini, green onion, lemon, sesame seeds, olive oil, garlic, ginger, sealantro, lime, avocado oil.
Asian Shitek Mushroom Bowl
Shitech mushrooms, broccoli rab, Asian Slavic – Carrot, Cabbage, Lime, Watermelon Radish, Kali Radish, Red Pear, Green Pea and Green Matar Rice option, sesame oil, coconut amino acids, sesame seeds and sealantro.
Superfood smoothie
Banana, pineapple, blueberry, cherry, chia seeds, flax seeds, kakao, maCA, almond milk, McDamia nut milk and mixed berries.

Back in February, Brian Johnson uploaded another detailed breakout of three foods in the coming days. Among the nutritious materials, an Indian kitchen staple was garam masala.

The first recipe was for the butter squash soup with roasted apples and carrots. The soup can be prepared with 1 medium butter squash, 3 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 2 large carrots, 4 cups of vegetable broth, 2 honeycrisp apple, 1 cup coconut milk and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. To enhance the taste, 1 teaspoon garam masala and 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder were added. The other two dishes in the list were his “Superfood Smuthi” and his “Black Bean and Mushroom Bowl with Rice Rice”. Read all about it here.
