Located in the Chamarajanagar district of Karnataka, Gundlupet is called the ‘Vase of India’ due to its vast sunflower fields and marigold fields. This beautiful city offers a breathtaking view, especially during the blooming season, with golden sunflowers stretching as far as the eye can see. Gundlupet is easily accessible and offers a comfortable drive. You can take Mysore-Ooty Highway or Mysore-Calicut NH 212 Highway from Bengaluru. Alternatively, the NH-67 highway also connects Gundlupet to other parts of the state. The journey is smooth, there are lots of natural views on the way, which makes the journey enjoyable.
