I begging this doctor to vary … coconut water is one of the best drinks that can reinforce and recreate you with electrolytes. I don’t think it is an overrated drink.

If cost is an issue, it is a different issue. March 26, 2025

Good thing, sir. They have become crazily expensive. I think if people really need to drink something other than water, they can choose the option of coconut water instead of FMCG ‘Hydration Drinks’ that are filled with sugar. March 26, 2025

I request to separate, sir.

Packed with electrolytes, it is a perfect hydrating drink, which contains essential vitamins such as low calorie, high potassium, and C and B, which are great for rebellion, digestive and increasing immunity. I disagree strongly. In summer, I have always liked it on bottled water sold in the market. The electrolytes cautious due to excessive sweat in summer take care of imbalance without any doubt. – Shanelan (@Shanelan8) March 26, 2025

I don’t drink it regularly but I drink it because I like it. I like the taste of coconut water and soft coconut.

Never thought it would fix anything. Pure taste. March 26, 2025

This is the same. Recently visited Kerala, it is also 60 rupees.
It seems that 60 rupees sold in the entire country- Arkchana U Rahatade (@Arcu 3004) March 26, 2025

Rarely most of the time the cost is not at all, especially in BLR. March 26, 2025
