Double Momos Recipe | How to make Double Momos at home
This recipe starts with the flour being mixed with salt and coriander leaf paste to prepare the green coloured dough.
The second dough is kneaded without adding any colour. After this, the veggie stuffing is prepared by mixing finely chopped cabbage, carrot, onion, green chillies, ginger, black pepper and salt. Now, the second stuffing is prepared by mixing ground soya chunks, chopped onion, ginger, green chillies, black pepper and salt.
Roll both the doughs into puri shapes and make a small slit in the centre of the green dough. Stack them on top of each other. In the white dough, add one of the fillings first. Seal the dumpling and then flip it over. Carefully open the green dough from the bottom and take another empty dumpling. Add the second filling and seal it as well. Repeat the same process to make as many momos as you want to make. Steam the momos and enjoy double the taste!
