Idli is one of the most popular South Indian cuisine. Usually made with lentils and rice, this cute dish is enjoyed by desis worldwide. While the classic idli is a crowd-plasger, there are many variations, including rava idli, ragi idli, oats idli and carrot idli. Now, a unique version called Banana Leaf Idli Chutney is winning heart on Instagram. A material called Jyoti Kalbargi shared by the manufacturer, this recipe has become a hit among online meals. The video starts with Jyoti cut banana leaves into small square pieces. Using toothpicks, she bends them and seals them into small instruments (bowls). She then fills each banana leaf katori in half the way with the idli batsman, adds a layer of grated coconut and tops it with another layer of the batsman. After that, these prepared kurtoris is placed inside a steamer.

For chutney, the flame mixes peanuts, coriander leaves, red chillies, garlic cloves, salt, red chili powder and chopped onion with a little water to get a smooth texture. Once the Idlis is completely steam, they are carefully thrown out and placed at the top with a spoon of this sauce. Before serving, each idli is garnished with grated coconut to burst in addition to taste.
