A fitness content creator recently took on the challenge of a 50-hour fast food marathon and documented the experience in a YouTube video. Tennyson is known for posting content on fitness, food, and lifestyle. The 30-year-old Canadian ate only fast food and ultra-processed snacks for 50 hours. Their meals included everyday items like bread, cereal and yogurt as well as popular fast foods like pizza and burgers. The video quickly went viral and received over 3 million views. The content creator claimed that by the end of the first day he had consumed at least 8,000 calories. He also mentioned experiencing adverse effects on his mental state and energy levels. After enjoying pizza, coffee, donuts and a variety of ultra-processed foods from the supermarket, the YouTuber admitted he felt âunstableâ at the end.

The next day, Tennyson revealed she was feeling âgassedâ and surprisingly âmore malnourished than ever, despite my calories tripling.â He also said he developed acne within just a day, saying, âMy muscles have gone numb, and I feel a little sad.â Additionally, Tennyson took only 4,000 steps, far less than the 10,000 steps per day recommended for good health. Feeling unmotivated and sluggish, he completed the 50-hour challenge by finishing off leftover pizza and some sushi.
On the morning of the third day, Tennyson described his gym session as âterribleâ and said he sweated more than ever before. âI was sweating more than ever. I donât even know if it was sweat or oil,â he said.
The YouTuber claimed he took on a 50-hour fast food challenge to highlight the consequences of unhealthy eating habits. âThe purpose of this was to show people that unhealthy habits not only affect your looks, but they also affect your overall well-being, your mood, your happiness, your motivation, your drive,â Tennyson said.
