Actor Amrita Arora has stepped into a restaurant business with the launch of Jolen by the sea in Anjun, Goa.
Actor Amrita Arora and her husband Shakeel Ladak are set to start a new professional journey in Goa with the opening of their restaurant – Jolen By the C -. Amrita’s restaurant launch comes soon after her sister Malaika Arora enters the world of hospitality with ‘Scarlet House’, which is a restaurant located in an old vintage bungalow in Bandra, Mumbai. Announcing the opening of Jolen in Anjuna, Goa, Amrita shared a post on her Instagram handle with a photo of the couple inside her new “Seren Heaven”.
Talking about the restaurant, Amrita shared that it mixes the best of clubs between Marbela with St. Tropace Chic Vibes. In the caption, he said, “Jolen is the place where the independent soul of Goa meets European elegance. Bold, deliberately, and comfortably for the soul we present this new sanctuary to you.”

With a menu curated by Chef Suvir Saran, Jolen is performed in association with experienced restaurant Gaurav Batra and Ankit Tyal. Talking about the space, Amrita told Vogue India in an interview, “We wanted to bring out outside.” The cool interior consists of high ceilings, indoor palm trees and rustic, sand -colored curtains and sofas.

Some innovative cuisine on the menu include a mixture of TB & C, Tomato, Buratta and Cornflex; So far your prohibited, a twist on fried rice made of black rice; And fermented rice buritos, which combine north -sams with mexican tastes. Amrita’s favorite spicy missal is Ramon.
Many celebrities like Malaika Arora, Zoya Akhtar, Tara Sutia and Ridhima Kapoor Sahni have congratulated Amrita for their new journey with Jolen.
