How to make Stuffed Paneer Curd Toast | Curd Toast Recipe
The recipe of stuffed dahi toast has been shared by Chef Guntas Sethi on his Instagram page. To make it, first whisk the dahi, then add red chili powder, turmeric, chaat masala, salt and roasted gram flour to it. Whisk well and add grated carrots and chopped capsicum to it. Mix it well and keep it aside. Next, spread a good amount of Schezwan chutney on one slice of bread. Spread green chutney on the other slice. Make a sandwich by placing a slice of paneer in between the two slices. Dip the sandwich in the prepared dahi and gram flour mixture and cook it on the pan. Don’t forget to sprinkle some ghee before placing it on the pan. Sprinkle sesame seeds and fresh coriander on top. Let it cook for a while, then flip and cook on the other side as well. Serve hot!
