Earlier this month, Ayushmann Khurrana enjoyed the traditional Punjabi sweet Panjiri. The festive favourite, Panjiri is prepared with a mixture of nuts, seeds, dry fruits (cashew nuts, almonds and raisins) and whole wheat flour. Mixed in ghee, the aromatic sweet bliss is simply irresistible. On Sunday, Ayushmann enjoyed home-made Panjiri following the recipe of Chef Ranveer Brar. She uploaded a photo on her Instagram Stories showing a container filled with golden, crispy Panjiri. The dessert was placed at the top of Ranveer Brar’s recipe book, A Journey Through India. “Panjeeri and (Ranveer Brar)’s recipe. Thank you, Paaji,” read her caption.
