    Black coffee – made only with water and coffee, making it an acceptable option.
  • Milk Coffee – If dairy is allowed in your fast routine, regular milk coffee is allowed.
  • Molasses coffee – Instead of sugar, using jaggery as a sweetener is a better option.

      Instant Coffee – Some brands have additives or preservatives that may not listen to fasting rules.
  • Flavored coffee – variants such as vanilla, hazelnuts, or caramel coffee have artificial materials that are the best.

      Coconut water – packed with hydrating and electrolytes, is a great option to maintain energy levels.
  • Buttermilk or milk – provides protein and helps prevent dehydration.

  • Herbal tea-tulsi, ginger, or cardamom tea (without tea leaves) offer a soothing and caffeine-free option.
