1. Cut the fenugreek in small pieces and step down with ginger and green chillies.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the whole and sophisticated wheat flour with caraave seeds, turmeric, cumin, chili powder, salt and a little oil.
3. Once kneaded, divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball in a thin circle, brush the oil on both sides and cook it in a pan.
4. Once cooked, let theplas cool at room temperature before storing. Place them in an airtight container or ziplock bag for maximum freshness.
