Amount of Ingredients:

  • 350 gramsPasta 8 Britannia The Creamy Cheese Triangles
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • One sliced onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 200 grams of chopped mushrooms
  • 150 grams of frozen peas
  • 100 milliliters of double cream
  • To taste with pepper and salt
  • Chopped parsley as needed (for garnish)

Technique:

1. Heat a big saucepan of salted water till it boils. When the pasta is al dente, add it and cook it as directed on the package. With a cup of the pasta water reserved, drain and set aside.


2. Heat the olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and simmer for approximately 5 minutes, or until it is tender and transparent. Add the chopped garlic and sauté the sliced mushrooms for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are soft. After adding the frozen peas, simmer for a further two to three minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.

3. Combine the Britannia The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Triangles and double cream in a bowl. Add pepper and salt for seasoning.
After lowering the heat to a low level, combine the cooked spaghetti with the veggies in the pan.

4. Toss the pasta to incorporate it thoroughly after adding the cheese mixture.

5. To make a smooth, creamy sauce, add a dash of the pasta water that was set aside. Toss again until everything is well cooked and nicely coated.

6. Garnish with freshly cut parsley and serve right away.
