Weddings often look dreamy in photos and videos, however, in reality, they can be quite dramatic. In a recent Reddit post, a 28-year-old woman (Reddit user conscious-option-400) claimed that she and her husband planned a delicious 5-course vegetarian menu for their wedding reception last week, at which “About $15,000″ was spent. Eating alone.” The menu included dishes such as Mushroom Wellington, Truffle Risotto, Roasted Vegetable Tart, etc. However, guests were disappointed with the all-vegetarian menu and ordered “20 pizzas”.
The bride further claimed that they had not previously revealed details of the menu because the couple “wanted people to enjoy it without any prejudice.” The bride said that while the food was being served, her brother Tom, 32, brought out pizza and began distributing it to guests and announced, “Real food for anyone who wants it!” When confronted, he said that his aunt had sent him a message that “all the food is just vegetables” and that they “can’t let people go hungry at the wedding.” Feeling sad, the bride shared that she “started crying in the bathroom.”
The Redditor continued, “My husband asked Tom and the cousins to leave. It caused an uproar and now half the family is calling us stuck up and saying we ruined our marriage by imposing our beliefs on everyone else.” Did it.”

After reading the post, some Redditors weren’t sure if the incident was true. Although the authenticity of the incident has not been confirmed yet, the post has created quite a stir in the comments section.

One Redditor said, “Be honest, you didn’t tell anyone about the menu because you knew they wouldn’t like it if you did.” Another chimed in, “I mean, ordering pizza was wrong, but you deliberately hid it, knowing people wouldn’t like it.
