The MCD on Monday launched a campaign under which it used drones to spray anti-larvae medicine in 15 hectares of waterlogged area in Narela’s Rani Kheda ward. Mayor Shaili Oberoi said, “For the first time in Delhi, anti-mosquito drug is being sprayed through drones… Due to lack of drainage of rain water, the risk of vector-borne diseases increases in this area.”
