While the heart and soul of the menu is really the main course, it’s the starters that set the tone of the party. If you are looking for a delicious snack recipe for your celebrations, we bring you the OG “Chhota Packet Bada Dhamaka” recipe. Yes, we are talking about mini samosas. All you need to get your party started is a piping hot samosa with a crispy outer layer and a delicious filling. the best part? This recipe is coming straight from celebrity chef Pankaj Bhadoria’s cookbook.

Here is the full recipe of Mini Samosa by Chef Pankaj Bhadoria:
Material
Flour: 2 cups
Butter – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Ajwain – ½ tsp
Stuffing:
Cashew nuts – ½ cup
Almonds – ½ cup
Peanuts – ½ cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Fennel – 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
Nigella seeds – ½ tsp
Dry coconut – ½ cup
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder – 1 tbsp
Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp
Method:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add flour, butter, salt and celery to it. Rub well. – Add water and knead a stiff dough.
Step 2: Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Meanwhile, roast cashews, almonds and peanuts. Grind it together.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, nigella seeds and desiccated coconut. Mix it with dry fruits powder. Add ground spices. Stir for two minutes. Remove from flame and the stuffing is ready.
Step 5: Roll the dough into lemon-sized balls. Cut it in half and shape it into a cone.
Step 6: Now fill the stuffing in it. Close and fry till golden
