1. Prepare the material
Start by washing rice. Once done, soak it for an hour. Meanwhile, boil 1-2 potatoes. Wash and peel the gourd, then grate it. Squeeze excess water to dry it.
2. Prepare the batter
Put the soaked rice in a blender jar with boiled potatoes and grated gourd. Grind all things finely. Now add grated gourd to it and keep the batter aside. Heat a little oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, sesame, chopped curry leaves, green chillies, coriander and onion in the batter. mix well.

3. Create uttapam
– Heat a little oil in a pan. Stir the batter and gently fill a splash and pour it on the pan. Cook on both sides on low-middle flame, then serve hot!
