‘Doctors told that my mother’s poison symptoms were concerned’
The daughter of a couple, who was badly poisoned by a family friend by a family friend, said that the doctors told their mother that she was worried because her health was deteriorated by the effect of medicine.
Luke D’T was jailed in 2024 to kill Carroll Baxter, 64, and 61 -year -old her husband Stephen, who died of an overdose in West Mercy, Essex.
Elena Baxter told the BBC that her mother had a thyroid condition Hashimoto’s disease, and became rapidly unwell over two years, noticeing “dramatic changes” with her family.
She said: “She was prominently confused as the wires were crossing in her brain. She used to make cold cups of tea and iron shirts over the hob.”
The murders were recently the focus of the two-part ITV documentary, called the Essex Millionaire Murds.
Mrs. Baxter visited her GP, private healthcare, endocrinologist, neurologist and was treated at Colchester Hospital after blackouts, flush, headache and itching and uncomfortable.
However, her daughter said that she was constantly told that she was suffering as anxiety.
“(Luke de’t) was quadrupling the dose of drugs and was mixing his own cones of drugs and putting them in capsules and had to feed my mother as vitamin.
Elena said, “She joined the A&E and Luke D’Te, inside the pill capsules, put a small metal tack, and a little metal screw in her intestine … She was trying to get answers for several services at this point,” Elena said.
The 23 -year -old said that his mother was “destructive” seeing the victim.
“To see someone full of life, so the bus filled with love faded. He died on 9 April 2023, but he really died long ago.”
As part of her manipulation of the Baxers, D’t made a fake doctor, called Andrea Boden, who advised Mrs. Bacter about her position and kept her in touch with a wide network of patients showing off.
“When it came about Dr. Andrea, it was just a little hope for all of us … He was closed several times by doctors at this point, by NHS, by NHS, we just wanted the answer,” Elena said.
Dr. With Andrea, Elena said that the family hopes her mother will recover.
Elena said that no doctor was offered a toxic science test by any doctor, but if there was a phenomenon, she would have been shown in the results.
He said: “We (all his medicines) took away and started scratching … If you take the vitamin away, then who was doing vitamin?
“We might know (D’T) was doing something that he should not do, especially when Mam would have started getting better.”
Elena has asked NHS patients to offer toxic tests, which have been abolished by all other tests, named “Carols Law”.
“I need to be introduced regularly (toxic science test) … it is missing people.
“Some need to change and if I can help in creating that change through Carroll’s law, I want to do it.”
He said that Mrs. Baxter was one of the places to receive treatment, however, Eastern Safok and North Essex NHS said it could not directly comment on individuals.
The trust stated that when a patient was unconscious and in a significant care unit or if someone is pregnant and believed to be using drugs, which can harm their child.
East Safok and North Essex NHS Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tim Lerry encouraged anyone with concerns on the care of the family member to get into contact through the trust’s patient advice and contact service.
