Korean Chili Garlic Potatoes Recipe:
- Boil the potatoes until they become soft.
- – Mash the potatoes well.
- – Add cornflour/potato starch and knead the dough.
- Make small round balls of dough and shape them like mushrooms.
- Boil the potato balls until they float on water.
- Immediately drop the boiled potato balls into ice cold water.
- For the sauce, mix chopped garlic, chopped green onion, red chili powder, soy sauce and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Pour hot oil over sauce mixture.
- Add the potato balls to the sauce.
- Garnish with more green onions and sesame seeds.
