Can HMPV create a COVID-pandemic-like situation?
“HMPV tends to share similarities with COVID-19, such as causing respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, runny or blocked nose, wheezing, and shortness of breath. Is there a vaccine for HMPV?
“There is no vaccination available for HMPV and the course of treatment will be decided by the specialist. It is important to wear a mask when going out of the house. Isolate yourself if you feel sick,” says Dr Harish. ,
