Chugna, a whole glass of Kanji? Hold that idea! Dr. Sharma recommends drinking just 1/4 to 1/2 of a glass at a time. A small dose you need to withdraw its probiotic goodness without overwhelming your system.
Hypertension Friends, this is one for you! Kanji contains high amount of salt, which can spike Blood pressure level. Dr. Sharma has strongly warned people with high BP to avoid this drink, no matter how attracted to your Instagram feed.
- Stomach issues? think twice
get Ulcer or gastritisThen Kanji’s tangi and fermented nature cannot be your best friend. Its acidity can increase ulcers and can disturb the stomach lining, which makes things worse rather than getting better.
