Material:
For cake
- 1 C Olive Oil
- 1 1/3 C full milk
- 3 eggs
- Fresh Lemon Zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 C sugar
- 2c flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
For frosting
- 1/2 c butter – soft
- 8oz cream cheese – soft
- 4C powder sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice – fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- Lemon juice
- 1.5tsp vanilla bean extract
To garnish
- Mint
- Blackberry

Steps to prepare lemon olive oil cake:
- Ariel instructed to preheat his oven to 325 degrees and grease two 9 inch cake pan.
- Cut 2 circular sheets of parchment paper and place them under your cake pan.
- Then, in a large mixing bowl, add oil, whole milk, eggs, lemon zest and lemon juice to prepare wet ingredients.
- In a separate large bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
- Stir the wet material into a dried mixture and bend it inside. Next, put the batsman in the finished pan and keep them in a pre -hot oven.
- Bake for 30–36 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted between each cake. She mentions, “If you use a 3 8-inch pan, bake for 20-26 minutes! When they baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool down.”
