For this chicken recipe, chicken is first marinated in a group of spices, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and chopped onion, at least two hours to soak the chicken. Mernet is done.

Then in a warm pan, take some butter and red chili powder. Sautee well, then add coriander powder, cumin powder and chopped ginger, sautee again. Add some water, then some salt, green chillies, tomatoes and sugar.

Mix well and make a good mashi masala. Fry the marinated chicken in butter in another pan, until the chicken turns golden brown. Add tomato gravy and chicken. Cover the pan, let it cook, add some cream.

Serve with a garnish of fresh coriander leaves, butter and green chillies and you are. Serve with warm rice, naan or any bread of your choice.
